Obituary

Puglisi, Cynthia B.  (Cindy) passed away peacefully on December 3, 2017. Cindy was born August 13, 1943, in Lancaster PA. She has been a resident of Tucson for the last 37 years. Cindy was predeceased by her parents Anne H Boore, David L Boore and her sister Sandra Beck.  Cindy is survived by her four children David Puglisi, Todd Puglisi, Jillian Puglisi and Tim Flock. She is also survived by her sister Bonny Reinmuth.

Cindy will always be remembered by her witty humor.  She was passionate about football, cooking and animals.  As a young woman, she was an equestrian and was involved in just about any sport she could.  Later, she discovered her love of racquetball and competed in many tournaments.

Cindy was a devoted mother, sister, daughter and friend.  Family was always her priority; friends and family never felt a lack of love from Cindy.  She will be missed dearly but will be forever in the hearts of those she loved. This quote was found in her notes “Other things may change us.  But we start and end with family”.

A memorial service will be held in Lancaster PA, date to be determined.  In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Hermitage Cat Shelter. Www.hermitagecatshelter.org.

Cindy was a classmate of mine at Manheim Township Jr-Sr High School. We cheered together and were on the Field Hockey Team. She played well as I warmed the bench. She was a great friend, full of lots of laughs and was instrumental in compiling the autobiographies for the Girls Reunion in 2008 and our 50th reunion in 2011. At the 50th reunion she displayed her “Prom Gown” that we all got a kick out of! She will be missed! My condolences to her children and families. She was one great gal!?❤️

Jillian, Todd, David and Tim. I keeping all of you in my thoughts and heart. Your mother was one of a kind. Knowing and loving her for 50 years has enriched my life. She will be missed greatly by everyone who had the pleasure of being her friend.
