Michael Brandon Mayberry Sr. “Mighty Mike” was born to Rory Sr. and Susan Mayberry on April 10, 1980 in Mission Viejo, California while his father was serving in the United States Marine Corps.
Michael, age 42, of Tucson, AZ, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family on Thursday, May 26, 2022 after a brief battle with cancer.
Michael received Christ as his Lord and Saviour at an early age under the witness of his grandfather, Pastor Henry Mayberry. Michael left his earthly life to begin his heavenly life with Christ for eternity.
Despite the challenges Michael faced throughout his life, he left many meaningful and happy memories for those who knew and loved him. Left to cherish his memory and with a huge hole in each of their hearts, he is survived by his longtime girlfriend: Allyson Robinson; children: Alex, Robin, Michael, Raelee, Kenny, Madysen, and Jackson; paternal grandparents: Henry and Elizabeth Mayberry; maternal grandmother: Thelma Lockwood; parents: Rory Mayberry Sr and Susan Mayberry; siblings: Rory Mayberry Jr, David (Ondrea) Mayberry, Connie (David) Donaldson; along with several uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins, and close friends who were like family to him.
Michael is predeceased by his maternal grandfather, Durel Lockwood Sr.; numerous uncles, aunts, and cousins.
Michael enjoyed fishing, cooking, gardening, spending time with family, and making people laugh. Michael touched the lives of so many people and helped anyone by any means possible. Michael will be remembered for his love of family, respect of the military, and his hilarious sense of humor.

I am so sad to find out that Michael passed away. Haven't seen him in 5 years. His Dad Rory is my cousin. Michael was always a good kid, we got along well in the past years. His family must be devastated. The Lord will watch over him. He use to call me "Uncle Richie".
I miss you my baby brother?. The pain is just as strong today as the day we held you hand and had to let you go? I will see you again Teeny Tiny Bigger Brother……
