Anna Jane Corrales, 92, of Tucson, AZ, passed away on November 27, 2023. Born on April 17, 1931, in Maryland, Anna was the beloved daughter of Clarence and Laura Allnutt. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Corrales, and her son, Joe Corrales. Anna is survived by her brothers, Sonny Allnutt and Jimmy Allnutt, and her children, Nancy Deadrick, Joanne Vancil, Terry Corrales, and Kevin Corrales (Jennifer).
Anna had a zest for life and cherished spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She adored playing cards and found joy in the simple pleasures of life, such as relaxing on the beach. Anna will be remembered for her warm heart and her love for her family and friends.
Anna had a successful career spanning over 60 years with the Woolworth Company and the Marana School District. She was dedicated and hardworking, leaving a lasting impact on those she worked with.
A celebration of Anna’s life will take place on Saturday, December 2, 2023. It will be a time to honor her memory and reflect on the beautiful moments she shared with her loved ones.
Anna is survived by her grandchildren, Gina Grubb, Ray Grubb, Angela Corrales, Samantha Corrales, Larry Vancil (Brianna), Jody Dae Unland, (Daniel), Tyler Corrales, and Devin Corrales. She also leaves behind 10 great-grandchildren, Samantha, Arianna, Jackson, Danica, Cesar, Brianna, Ariel, Kaitlyn, Derrick, and Dominic.
In addition to her immediate family, Anna was preceded in death by her 12 brothers and sisters. Their memories will forever be cherished.
Anna will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her legacy of love and laughter will continue to inspire those whose lives she touched.
