Arturo Reynado Cruz, 100, of Oro Valley, AZ, was called to his eternal home by his Lord and Savior on November 24, 2025.
Arturo was born in the Philippines. He was the eldest of 8 siblings and became the father figure for his family at an early age when their father passed unexpectedly. He graduated from, and later taught Accountancy in the University of the East. Arturo came to the U.S. in 1968 with his family when he was appointed manager of the Philippine National Bank, New York Branch. After leaving the bank in 1973 and deciding to stay in the U.S., he was hired by Bank Hapoalim, an Israeli bank, as the manager of their newly opened branch in New York. He later returned to the Philippines where he was offered and held various executive positions in government and privately owned banks. He retired in 1992 and returned to the U.S.
Arturo lived a full and fruitful life worthy of the calling he has received from, and built on the firm foundation of profound faith in, and deep devotion to our Lord Jesus Christ which he exemplified through his kindness and generosity and his enduring love for his family.
