To the friends and family of Betty Jean, We are truly sad for your loss. Our prayers and thoughts are frequent for those who suffer due to the anguish of losing a loved one. We all experience this loss but the Bible teaches that God shares your loss and your pain at Psalm 116:15. The scriptures brought us comfort when we've lost loved ones and I hope it helps at this most difficult time. Because those who pass on are precious in Gods eyes, He's provided the scriptures to give comfort but also show us his plan for those who have entered rest. For comfort from the Bible please visit bit.ly/Endofdeath

One of my favorite memories of Grandma is when we were playing Uno at our house in Colorado. I had several consecutive perfect deals. Grandma threatened to throw me in the snow if I had one more. My next deal was a perfect deal. Without hesitation she picked me up, carried me outside, and threw me in the snow. Nobody stopped her, they just laughed. I believe Grandpa even opened the patio door for her. That memory always makes me smile. Now a tear comes with that smile. I already miss you, Grandma, but I'm happy you're resting peacefully.
