Christopher Arlo “Odie” Johnson was born in Phoenix, Arizona to Charles and Elizabeth Johnson on October 23,1969. He was the second of three brothers. He grew up in the small town of San Manuel, Arizona. He was always proud of his small town roots. Odie was funny, happy go lucky and enriched the lives of all those he knew and loved. He is known to have taken many of his childhood friends to their first music concert. He was passionate about comic books and baseball cards until he met his soulmate. Phyllis and Odie were married in October of 1994. Odie worked as a copper miner until the mines closed. He went on to become a baker. He enjoyed that job until he found his niche as a correction officer. He enjoyed being a liaison for the US Marshal Service and working inside of the prison. His best accomplishment was in his role as dad of three beautiful girls. Odie is survived by his wife, Phyllis Johnson, his three girls Kristian, Kaylee and Camille Johnson, his two brothers Rick and Tucker Johnson, his parents Charles and Elizabeth Johnson and multiple nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles. Odie’s light left us on November 18,2024.
