Obituary

In Loving Memory of Debbie

Debbie, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away surrounded by the beauty she so cherished. Known for her deep love of nature and animals, Debbie found joy in every corner of creation. Whether fishing on the lake, camping in the mountains, or searching for the perfect Christmas tree, she embraced life’s simple pleasures with an open heart.

Debbie’s bond with her husband Al was the cornerstone of her life. For 46 years, they hunted, fished, camped, and built a life filled with love, adventure, and laughter. Her family was her greatest joy. Debbie was preceded in death by her father, Edgar, her brother, Brent and by her late son Albert, her memory lives on in her son Edgar, daughter-in-law Whitney, and her cherished grandchildren Isabella, Hunter, Evangeline, and Taylor.

For 25 years, Debbie worked as an attendance clerk at Desert Winds Elementary School, where she left a lasting impact on students and staff alike. She knew every child’s name and brightened their days with her kind heart and warm spirit.

Debbie is survived by her mother Lavida, her sister Desiree, brother-in-law Greg, nephews Connor and Cameron, Maddie, her Aunt Elaine, Uncle Leon, and many other family members who loved her dearly.

Debbie’s warmth, laughter, and passion for life will forever be remembered by all who knew her. Her spirit will live on in the lakes, mountains, and in the hearts of her loved ones.

A celebration of her Life will be held on October 26, 2024 from 11 am- 2 pm in Marana, AZ
