Edmund John Thelen

Edmund John Thelen 78, of Marana AZ, passed away on August 3, 2015 as a result of complications due to cancer. Born in St. Johns, MI, and raised in Fowler, MI, the son of Otto and Mary Ann Thelen (deceased) and brother of Thomas (deceased), Margaret, Kyran (Monica) and Robert (Jan). He attended and received a BS in Packaging from Michigan State University. Ed is Survived by his wife, Barbara; daughters, Deborah (David), Patricia (John); son, Daniel (Sherri); seven grandchildren; and nine nieces and nephews. A Funeral Mass to celebrate Ed’s life will be at St. Mark Catholic Church, Tangerine Road, on Saturday, August 8 2015 at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent in his name to Special Olympics, MA, 512 Forest Street, Marlborough, MA 01752 or The Marana Community Food Bank
