I'm so very sorry for your family's loss. I worked with Howard on several Pima County Road projects, and he was always so helpful. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

Dearest cuz!! I will treasure all the memories we shared, will forever miss you. I know you will be looking down on us all, say hi to my dad and aunt gale. Loving you always❤️?
We know Howard will be missed by his wife, family and so many friends. We were only able to be acquainted with Howard for a few short years. We really appreciated how loving and caring He was to my stepmother Ulla as he and Teena helped us with caring for her during her final years. She spoke so highly of how he cooked whatever she wanted and how good he was at it! We want to leave our condolences to all.
