Obituary

Susan Lew Pratt passed away April 19, 2025 at the age of 77. She dedicated her life to caring for others. After studying nursing in England, she brought her skills and heart to the Kino Hospital in Tucson, where she served patients and their families with compassion and commitment for 25 years.

She is predeceased by her loving husband of 45 years, Danny D. Pratt Sr, her parents Lew Orne and Shem Koon Lee Lew, her sisters Lily Lew Lee and husband Joseph Lee; her sister Marie Lew Mook and husband Harry Mook; and her brother-in-law Ben J. Lee.

Born May 31, 1948, in Hong Kong, she is survived by two stepsons: Danny Jr. and Ivan. She is the cherished sister of Jade Lew Lee; brother David Lew and his wife Diana Lee; sister Nancy Lew Gin and husband Vincent M. Gin; brother Michael Lew and his wife Rachel Hong.

She was a beloved aunt, cousin, grandmother, and friend to so many.

She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her for her generous heart. Her family and countless friends will forever treasure her memories. May she rest in peace.

Susan, the devoted wife of veteran Danny Pratt Sr., will find her final resting place alongside him at the Arizona Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery, where their legacy endures.

A short service will be conducted on Thursday, May 15, 2025 @ 10:30 a.m. at the Marana Mortuary Cemetery, 12146 W Barnett Road, Marana, AZ 85653 – Phone: (520)682-9900

Dear Ivan and Danny, Sorry to hear of Susan's passing. I knew that she had not been well for sometime. I always wished that we had been closer so that we could have gotten to know each other better. May you and yours be comforted that she has been reunited with your Dad. Love, Ann
