I remember most about Terry was her collaborative perspective in her business. While having the character to exercise her authority, she often sought cooperation and commentary from others in the operation of her business. It should be said the business was more like a community than most other businesses I have worked with. I believe that was how she intended her business to operate.

Terry is my little sister and has always been such a sweet, loving and kind lady. She loved her family fiercely and they were blessed with her love and fun wit. As sisters, Terry, Debbie and I could always find something to laugh about. Lots of laughter and those moments will be missed. She also has been so generous to others. Dearest Terry, I love you forever and will miss you tons. 🥰 Susan Snow Phister
