I was one of the many boys that benefitted from Walt and JoAnn's support of Boy Scout Pack and Troop 481. Walt was always soft spoken, thoughtful, and caring with a touch of humor. Like Walt I grew up, became an engineer, had a career, and eventually retired. My thoughts and condolences to the family on their loss. To Walt, thank you for all you did.
Dear Ross family I just found out about Walt's passing.. I worked with him at JW Speaker in WI and besides him being a knowledgeable lighting Engineer, I remember him being very funny. When he would come over to out group at work, he always brought the the funniest "real-like" stories and we would be laughing so hard our cheeks hurt. I missed him when he retired and moved to AZ. In fact i was just talking about him today at work 6-17-2022 I am sorry for you loss and thankful for what he brought to this earth
