Carolyn House, 80 born in Governaur NY on 8/18/39, passed away January 14th 2020 in Marana AZ, surrounded by her family. She loved God and America and raised us that way. She loved her cat Oreo, the Dallas Cowboys and anything to do with nature. She was very passionate about Run for the Wall and supporting Veterans causes. Mom didn’t hold back and told it like it was. This is some of what we loved about our mom.
A bible verse that was dear to her is in Isaiah 40:31 – “But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.”
She is survived by a brother, Robert Wunsch, Nine children Wayne House, Paul House Sr, Christine Heisch, Greg Tanguay, Darryl House, Scott Meyers, Lori Schaeffler, Wendy Phillips and Patricia Jones. 37 Grandchildren and 15 Great Grandchildren.
Carolyn’s Celebration of life will be February 1st at 11am at VFW 549, 8424 E Old Spanish Trail in Tucson AZ.
Her final Journey home will be to the Lakes Region in NH and a service will be held in Meredith NH, May 30th, where she will be in her final resting place as requested
In Lieu of flowers Please make a donation to ASPCA or RFTW Southern Route. Donations can also be made to VFW 549 where she was a life member. We would like also like to thank Casa De La Luz Hospice for the wonderful care that they provided our mom.
