Dear Cousin Elaine, You will always be remembered in our hearts for your smile and your bubbling personality. Your tamales were the best. Our years in Chicago with all the relatives were so very special. May you rest in peace.
What a wonderful friend Elaine was! We had such fun in our retirement years, Elaine was always up for another adventure. I will miss you, dear friend. See you on the other side.
I got to know Elaine in the late 1970’s, when I was an undergraduate physics major. I so loved talking with her, as she was a combination of a nurturing mother and a free-spirited sister. As I had no car back then, she even let me borrow hers to drive to the DMV to get my Arizona drivers license! My condolences to Elaine’s family…
Elaine was funny, smart, direct and beautiful in spirit as well as face. She ran with the wolves.
I'm sorry to hear about your loss. Elaine was a bright face in the morning when she drove us all to school. And happy times playing in the front yard, when we were kids!
