Eva Theresa Fratini Bruno of Tucson, Arizona passed away on Monday, November 14, 2016. She was born to Italian immigrants (Rosina (Manfredi) and Giulio Fratini) in Elko, Nevada on July 21, 1921. She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Gabriel Bruno, who passed away on March 9, 2001. Eva and Gabe moved to Salt Lake City, Utah in 1980 to be closer to family. Eva has two daughters, Frances Terrill (Denny) of Marana, Arizona and Theresa Wegmann, (Bill) of Green Cove Springs, Florida and a niece, Brenda Bernasconi (Vic) of Boise, Idaho. She has three grandchildren, Kelly Terrill (Christy), Kurt Terrill (Heather) and George Wegmann (Donna). She has five great grandchildren, Ross Terrill, Jack Terrill, Lily Terrill, Luci Terrill and Ava Terrill.Eva had a long history of taking care of and pleasing everyone she met. Her biscotti became her “claim to fame”.
A day never passed that Eva did not want to know how everyone in her family was doing and was so excited for their visits. Nothing made her happier then to be with her family.
She will be missed by everyone she knew.
A memorial service will be held in Elko, Nevada later in the spring of 2017.
