Obituary

Glenda Dean (Gibson) Fredrick, our beloved Mother, Grandmother, and Great Grandmother (Big Momma) graduated to heaven Sunday – July 9th, 2023, with family at her side.She was born on November 6th, 1935, in Jonesboro, Arkansas to William Robert and Willie Maude (Jones) Gibson. Formerly from Swartz Creek, MI. She currently and lovingly called Tucson, AZ home.She leaves behind daughters; Glenda Dale Parker (Dennis), Gwendolyn Dean Peacock, Gina Deanne Foltz (Sean). Grandchildren: Darren J. Parker (Maria), Brianne D. Wolfe (C.J.), Brittne M. Peacock, Shelbie D. Feetham, and Sidnie V. Smith (Brandon). Great grandchildren: Gentry L. Parker, Isabella D. Wolfe, Channing C. Wolfe, and Breck Feetham.She is survived by sisters: Imogene Gay, Willie Jean Gwin,  Mary Lee Alberson, and Dianne Owen. Brothers: Alton Dewayne Gibson (Eloise), Arvil J. Kelly, and Gene Renfrow, plus many nieces and nephews.We can only imagine the glorious jubilation as she met Jesus, her savior face to face and the beautiful reunion with those she loved that had gone in before her. Her parents, her husband Clifford E. Fredrick; brothers; Frankie Gibson, W. R. Gibson, Lowell Gibson, Jerry Gibson, Harold Gwin, and Norwood Gay. Sisters; Thelma Kelly (Arvil J.) and Billie June Renfrow (Gene); nephews: Robert D. Gibson, Arlen R. Renfrow, and Kendall L. Gibson.

She loved Jesus and people deeply and unconditionally. Her other ‘loves’ in life were coffee, food, music, and gardening. She made this world a better place.
