Tamsee, I have known Jeff since I was a sophomore in High school. He and I met in chemistry class where he regularly led the class into goofy conversations which made us all laugh and trying to keep up! He was smart and kind. I saw much less of him since he moved away with the Air Force but we never lost touch. I will never forget him. And I am so sorry for your loss.

Dear McNeely Family, A life taken before fully lived is certainly heartbreaking. I feel that Jeff did his best to keep everyone on their toes with his sense of humor and practical jokes….all with a kind heart. I hope the family finds comfort in their memories and they continue to celebrate his life and accomplishments. Love, Auntie Elaine
