Robert Clinton Robertson

Robert (Bob) Clinton Robertson 77, of Tucson, Arizona passed away on July 6th, 2016. Bob was born on August 11th, 1938 in Axtell, Kansas to Wade H. and Viola G. (Harrison) Robertson. Bob graduated from Willis High School in Willis, Kansas. After graduation he served in the US Navy from 1956-1963 and was stationed aboard the USS Gatling.

He married Betty Wilson in Horton, Kansas and later divorced. Bob later married Marjorie Loomer and shared 43 years together prior to her death.

Robert worked for Rockwell International in Atchison, Kansas prior to retiring. After retirement they resided in Tucson. Later they moved back to Everest, Kansas then returning to Tucson five years ago.

Bob is survived by his children Donald Robertson of Royal, Arkansas, Galen Robertson of Kansas City, Missouri, Roberta (Bobbi) Smith of Holcomb, Kansas, and his step daughter, Deborah Blanton of Fairview, Kansas. He is also survived by his brother Wade and wife Linda Robertson of Richland, Washington, and brother Jon Robertson of Tucson, Arizona, along with 9 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Bob was proceeded in death by his parents, and his sister Doreen Busser of Tucson.

Marana Mortuary of Marana, Arizona is in charge of arrangements. Private family services will be scheduled at a later date.
