It has been hard knowing Cody is gone! He was such a wonderful addition to our family when the kids were growing up. Hanging with Daniel and the boys, baseball, Cub Scouts, putting up with Haylie and being great friends!! I can only imagine what you all are going through to have lost a love. I think of you all daily, hourly, minute by minute and pray for peace. I am here for you, whatever you may need. Love you all so much.

I can’t even begin to know your pain, or how to help guide you through this. Just know that you, your family, Kylee, and Hunter are all in my thoughts and prayers, and I pray that God gives all of you the strength needed during this extremely difficult time in your lives. 🙏🙏🙏

Oh Cody! How we all miss you. The promise I made to you (I know you heard me) will always be my joy to do for Kylee and Hunter. Your Mom and Dad will always be there for Kylee and Hunter. We needed an extra car for this weekend, so I rented a Jeep - thought you'd like that! And I remembered you told me to use Dawn detergent and vinegar to get rid of the ants - it really works.

Words cannot express how sad we are. May your memories of Cody guide you through this difficult time. He was a fine young man - I remember that infectious smile of his. May God keep you in his love. Adele and Ed

My heart aches for the loss of your son. I too lost my son as a result of recruit training. May God hold you close during this time.
